Nagano Prefecture Azumino City is located on a natural rich alluvial fan at the foot of the majestic Northern Alps in the northwest of the Matsumoto Basin. The alluvial fan "Azumino-daira" with an altitude of over 600 meters belongs to an inland climate, forming an ideal environment for grape cultivation. At Mars Wine, we have produced a dry white wine that brings out the characteristics of Azumino-grown Ryugan (Zenkoji grapes) using the sur lie method, with a refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.
