Made with "Ryuukyo" Plums from Shinshu
We carefully prepare and age selected Shinshu Ina Valley-grown Ryukyo small plums to create a simple umeshu without any additives. This umeshu is aged in the refreshing environment at the foot of Mount Komagatake in the Central Alps. To add an accent, we finish the umeshu by blending in brandy produced at Mars Komagatake Distillery (formerly known as Mars Shinshu Distillery).
