"Shinshu Miyada Wine Shiki Barrel Aged" is crafted from Yama Sauvignon grapes*, which are grown with great care by the farmers of the "Yamabudo Cultivation Cooperative" in Miyata Village, Nagano. After careful vinification, the wine is matured in oak barrels.
