This is a Mugi shochu made using the traditional method of handcrafted kame fermentation. Generally, Mugi shochu can be produced year-round as barley, the main ingredient, is available throughout the year. However, "suibakka" is only brewed from winter to spring. It is made with care, love, and traditional techniques. It has a fruity aroma, sweetness, and a deep flavor within its smooth and easy-to-drink taste. For those who enjoy Mugi shochu, we recommend trying this Honkaku Mugi shochu at least once.
Alcohol is for those of legal drinking age. Be cautious about excessive drinking.
