Kishogura Toji Hombo Ryuji has put his soul into creating honkaku imo shochu by combining his past experiences and techniques with great care. It features a fruity aroma reminiscent of white grapes and melons, with a soft mouthfeel and smooth taste. Enjoy the meticulous craftsmanship that went into making this shochu. Hombo Ryuji says, "I decided to completely change my approach to the taste of shochu. Instead of mixing with hot water, I created it to be mixed with water, envisioning scents and mouthfeel that women would appreciate. For Western cuisine, it offers aromas and flavors that can be enjoyed in a wine glass, while for Japanese cuisine, it is designed to be mixed with water for a clean taste that complements broth and vegetables. I focused on the production process and aging to bring this vision to life."
Alcohol is for those of legal drinking age. Be cautious about excessive drinking.
