Blended malt matured in sherry and bourbon casks, vatted with grain. The harmony of malts with different personalities creates evolved aromas and a soft taste.
On the nose, fresh fruit aromas reminiscent of marmalade, orange peel, mint, and herbs. Creamy sweet scents of vanilla and cookies emerge in the background, resulting in a balanced and soft taste with sweetness, acidity, and balance in this blended whisky.
"The Lucky Cat Ash 99" - Ash 99 represents the year when the cat-loving president of Hombo Shuzo met Ash in 1999. A kitten abandoned in front of Hombo Shuzo in spring 1999, now deceased.
