Hombo Shuzo Co., Ltd. Mars Yamanashi Winery has been dedicated to producing high-quality wine from grapes nurtured by the soil of Yamanashi since its establishment in Isawa in 1960.
"The Koshu Type Euro" incorporates the experience gained in wine making so far and adopts the internationally recognized EU (European Union) standards. Based on the strict criteria of the EU wine law, such as chaptalization, this wine is produced by conducting low-temperature fermentation using only free-run juice of Koshu grapes. It has been crafted into a crisp and dry Koshu wine with a refreshing rich fruit aroma and a firm acidity.
