The Damask rose, also known as the "queen of fragrance" or "queen of roses," has been cultivated since ancient times and its elegant scent has been cherished for perfumes, bath products, and more. The Damask rose used in this gin is a variety called "Rosa Damascena Trigintipetala," known for its strong fragrance among Damask roses.
