"WY KISHOGURA No1" is a genuine Imo shochu born from the sweet potato "eimurasaki" rich in polyphenols and anthocyanins, and wine yeast. It features a rich cassis-like fruit flavor and yogurt-like aroma, with a gentle mouthfeel and a mellow sweetness. To express a fruity aroma and mellow sweetness, this shochu, produced by Hombo Shuzo using the purple sweet potato "eimurasaki" often used in sweets and "wine yeast" that creates a tropical fruit-like aroma, is unique. *WY stands for Wine Yeast.
