The genshu (un-diluted spirit) of our "Yakushima Daishizenrin Mugi" Mugi shochu, made from Kagoshima two-row barley, was finished in ex-bourbon barrels previously used for our single malt whisky.
Please enjoy this collaboration, created in the environment of the World Natural Heritage site of Yakushima.
The label is a work by Ms. Yuko Takada, a painter who resides on the island.
